Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Hurricane crews are already moving. Our Hurricane-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Too many Hurricane, WV families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Hurricane operation differently. Every technician on our Hurricane roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Ceiling Water Damage Repair in Hurricane isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Hurricane, WV, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Hurricane, WV warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Hurricane property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am β the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Hurricane call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first β some of the costliest Hurricane jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Hurricane team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Hurricane response to the actual damage β a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Hurricane units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Hurricane, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Hurricane properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Hurricane job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Hurricane drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Hurricane estimate is written and explained before work begins β no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Local staging inside Hurricane, WV means Hurricane response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Hurricane job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Our Hurricane team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
A licensed technician heads to your Hurricane address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Hurricane job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line β it's written into every Hurricane work order we issue. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
